Lignopure has been supported by the IP team at Tutech since 2017 and has achieved key milestones along the way. Thanks to its innovative technologies and a targeted IP strategy, the company has already raised more than €5 million in seed funding

The IP team at PVA Hamburg supported Lignopure in all phases of the foundation and IP transfer with comprehensive expertise:
- Evaluation of inventions: All the founders‘ inventions were assessed for patentability.
- Development of the IP strategy: The founders were advised on the development of a customised IP strategy to ensure maximum protection scope.
- International patent application: Implementation of the IP strategy by finding a suitable patent law firm and support with the international patent application.
- Contract drafting: Drafting of all contracts for the utilisation and subsequent transfer of the TUHH IP to the company. The interests of the investors, including the High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF), were given special consideration.
- IP transfer: Successful completion of all IP transfers and transfer of the relevant IP to Lignopure GmbH.
