Research ACADEMY – SustAInLivWork – Project Management
Project management for research collaboration: an introduction.
Any human endeavour that involves working together to achieve specific goals needs some sort of framework for engagement. Good project management provides this, yet many researchers are fearful of too much control taking away freedom to explore new ideas. This webinar provides an introduction to the art of managing multi-disciplinary, multi-organisational research projects. It is relevant for researchers, research managers and anyone dealing with research contracts.
